Join Campfire Circle’s Team: Summer 2025 Job Opportunities

Jan 13, 2025

At FBC, we believe in the power of community and the importance of uplifting those making meaningful contributions. Campfire Circle, one of our Premium Black Builders, exemplifies this commitment by bringing joy and healing to children with serious illnesses through their diverse and impactful programs. Campfire Circle is currently hiring for various roles for Summer 2025, offering opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children facing serious illnesses. By showcasing their achievements, we aim to amplify their reach and inspire others in our community to engage and contribute.

Healing Through Happiness

Campfire Circle provides children facing cancer or serious illnesses with opportunities to play, grow, and create lasting memories in a safe and welcoming environment. Their medically-supported programs—including overnight camps, day programs, family adventures, and in-hospital initiatives—celebrate children for who they are, beyond their illnesses. Campfire Circle is broadening its services to include children with heart disease and serious blood disorders, such as sickle cell disease. This expansion underscores their dedication to reaching more children who can benefit from their transformative programs.

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Reflecting the communities they serve, Campfire Circle is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. With many Black and racialized campers and families participating in their programs, they are focused on ensuring their staff and volunteers mirror this diversity. For Summer 2025, they are actively seeking to increase the number of Black staff members supporting their overnight programs in Muskoka (Rosseau) and Waterford, as well as their day camps, family trips, and in-hospital programs across Ontario. Additional opportunities are available within their events and marketing teams at their Toronto office.
