Canadian Heritage’s Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Program (MARP) is prioritizing events that honor Black Canadians and combat anti-Asian racism. Additionally, funds are allocated to strengthen community resilience. Eligible events promote intercultural understanding, discussions on diversity, and celebrate cultural heritage. Applications are accepted continuously, with advisement to apply 18 weeks before the event. Contact your regional office for application forms and details.
FBC will be creating a process for community organizations to collaborate on these events in the near future.
