Highlights from the FBC Q3 National Partner’s Group Meeting

Networking is not just about connecting people. It’s about connecting people with people, people with ideas, and people with opportunities.” The FBC National Partner’s Group Meeting on July 25th and was an exceptional showcase of collaboration and innovation within our community.

This virtual interactive session provided a platform for our esteemed partners, the Somali Services for Families and ASE Foundation to share their inspiring work, fostering a sense of unity and purpose among participants. These meetings have been a testament to the incredible strides our partners continue to make in driving positive change.

The National Partners Group Meetings are quarterly meetings that provide a platform for groups to present, discuss potential partnership opportunities, and learn from each other. The next meeting will have happened by the time of this newsletter, but stay tuned for our December newsletter.

The Black Innovation Zone at Collision 2024 was an amazing opportunity to bring together Black entrepreneurs and professionals. We are grateful to have been a part of the #BlackInnovationZone and to have helped provide free tickets, thanks to our Black Builders Network, and a space for Black Innovators to connect and Network! Collision 2024 was an incredible conference and an amazing growth opportunity for the Federation of Black Canadians (FBC) and our neighbouring organizations! We came together to create a strong presence in the Canadian tech world through the resources and opportunities available for Black Canadian entrepreneurs.
