An intimate, community-centered conversation designed to create a psychologically safe space for women to reflect, share, and grow. This 90-minute virtual gathering brings together post-secondary students, early career professionals, and community members for an honest dialogue about mental health in academic and professional environments.
Through expert insight, lived experiences, and guided small-group discussions, participants will leave with practical tools, deeper understanding, and a renewed sense of connection.

Rooted in the Federation of Black Canadians’ pillars of Total Health, Community Building, and Employment Development, this roundtable moves beyond a traditional webinar format to foster meaningful exchange and mutual support. By exploring themes such as burnout, emotional regulation, systemic barriers, and the transition from school to workforce, the event creates space for reflection while equipping women with tangible strategies for resilience—without glorifying struggle. In the spirit of International Women’s Day, the roundtable embodies reciprocal impact: offering space, insight, and community while empowering participants with tools, clarity, and collective strength.
