February 2025 Recap

At the Federation of Black Canadians (FBC), we believe that every young person deserves a fair chance at success, regardless of the barriers they face. Too many Black youth in Canada experience systemic challenges—barriers to employment, education gaps, and generational cycles of poverty. In 2021 a study found that 27% of Black Canadians children were living in poverty compared to 14% among other children. Through our Employment Development pillar, we are working to change that. But we can’t do it alone. Make a donation today and help us continue this life-changing work.
