Join our Provincial Hubs

February 1, 2022

Hi FBC fam! If you’re looking for an opportunity to get involved in your community, here is your chance to do so virtually. Join our hubs and stay connected with us ?

Provincial Hubs allow FBC members to connect within their own province, with the support and resources of the FBC and have a direct line to FBC national initiatives.

Video promotion for hubs

Hubs are:

  • A platform for smaller and or larger provincial  membership meetings or events
  • A place to showcase people, groups, and initiatives happening in the region
  • A space to host local events, network, and learn from fellow Black Canadians
  • A place to be connected to the national initiatives and support the planning for the province
  • A consulting group to the National team

We currently have formal hubs that meet Bi-weekly in:

  • British Columbia
  • Alberta
  • Ontario
  • Quebec

P.S – We have registered members in every province but we are looking for key volunteers who want to help us start formal hubs in provinces where they do not currently exist. If you are passionate about community development and connecting the Black community we want to hear from you.

Don’t let the pandemic stop you from community engagement ?
