The Federation of Black Canadians (FBC) is thrilled to be a partner for the 4th Calgary Black Film Festival (CBFF24)! This exciting event runs from May 24th to 28th, 2024, offering a vibrant hybrid format – in-person and online screenings – to amplify the voices of Afro-descendants.

CBFF24 promises a diverse and engaging program. Film screenings, panel discussions, and workshops will be held at the Globe Cinema (617 8 Ave SW) and the Calgary Memorial Park Library (1221 2 St SW). This dynamic festival is a powerful platform for showcasing the talent of Black creators from around the world, while fostering a space for the Global Majority and other communities to connect and share experiences.
